Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for RingCentral's AI-enabled technology and platforms. The ideal candidate will blend traditional program management discipline with a modern, technology-driven mindset.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in ROI analysis and budget management.
- Direct experience working within or closely supporting a Sales organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with project and program management software, including configuration and administration.
- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in applying AI and automation technologies to business problems.
- Familiarity with using generative AI for content creation (e.g., reports, communications) and predictive analytics for forecasting.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
