Program Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for RingCentral's AI-enabled solution, RingSense AI. The ideal candidate will blend traditional program management discipline with a modern, technology-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, and change management
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in ROI analysis and budget management
• Direct experience working within or closely supporting a Sales organization is highly desirable
• Proficiency with project and program management software, including configuration and administration
• Demonstrable experience or strong interest in applying AI and automation technologies to business problems
• Familiarity with using generative AI for content creation and predictive analytics for forecasting
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
