As a Quality Intelligence Analyst, you'll be responsible for assessing and monitoring the quality of interactions and transactions, conducting coaching and certification, and participating in process improvement. You'll work closely with the Operations and Training teams to ensure that our QA processes are effective and efficient. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify gaps and challenges in current QA processes and strategize and execute improvements to elevate overall business performance.
