Job Description
We are currently looking for Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts to join our team at Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) under the RingCentral account. In this role, you will be responsible for billing and collections, daily delinquency notices, payment and billing reconciliations, and reconciling customer disputes. You must have 5 years of high volume B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience, be an Accounting Graduate, and have Netsuite experience.
Requirements
- Billing and Collections
- Daily delinquency notices
- Payment and billing reconciliations
- Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances
- High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers
- Reporting
- Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
- Able to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing NetSuite and Excel
- Team Planning
- Participate in team planning meetings
- Team player able to assist where needed
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
- Netsuite Experience
- Must have NetSuite experience
