Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst role at Acquire BPO for RingCentral, providing billing and collections, reporting, and team planning support. Must have 5 years high volume B2B collections experience, Accounting Graduate, and NetSuite experience.
Requirements
- Billing and Collections
- Daily delinquency notices
- Payment and billing reconciliations
- Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances
- High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers
- Reporting
- Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
- Able to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing NetSuite and Excel
- Team Planning
- Participate in team planning meetings
- Team player able to assist where needed
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
- Netsuite Experience
