Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage sales performance metrics and monitor sales credits and bookings for RingCentral's proprietary AI solution, RingSense AI. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, data engineering, or related fields, and excellent oral and communication skills in English.
Requirements
- Confirmed data analytics experience of at least 2 years
- Have used MS Excel in building usable reports
- Excellent oral and communication skills in English
- Possesses strong intuition for business
- Experience in using data engineering techniques to clean and process data
- Exposure in sales operations and/or SaaS industry
- Experience in Tableau
- Experience using Salesforce
- At least 2 years of work experience in data analytics, data visualization, data engineering, information systems, or other related fields
- Amenable to working on a night shift schedule (e.g. 2 AM to 11 AM MNL Tuesday to Saturday)
