Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst position at Acquire BPO, working with RingCentral, a $2 billion global leader in cloud-based communications and collaboration software, to provide end-to-end analytics support to the Sales organization. The role involves working across multiple departments, collaborating with leaders, and developing data-driven analytics to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or finance analytics
• Understanding of how marketing programs relate to sales functions and performance
• Assessing ROI and determining areas with efficiency strengths or weaknesses
• Gathering, interpreting and applying critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
• MS Excel, SQL and Tableau
• Working with large databases and transform into useful reports
• Working with Salesforce
• Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and synthesize data confidently across all levels of the organization
• Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items
• Experience working with a global organization and supporting top level management
• Willing to be on a night shift schedule
