Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work with RingCentral's proprietary AI solution, RingSense AI, to support Deals Desk and pricing initiatives through developing analysis, insights, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics & insights, experience with statistical methods & analysis, and strong analytical and presentation skills.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics & insights
- Experience with statistical methods & analysis (e.g., regression analysis and modeling) and preferably exposure to pricing data
- 2-3 years of confirmed experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau (Basic)
- 2-3 years of confirmed experience using Salesforce, developing reports and dashboards (Experience using Alteryx is a plus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening and presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
- Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
