Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services PMO team. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and evolution of internal delivery standards, supporting various technical and operational roles, and leading regular update cycles for training materials. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in PS Operations, Enablement, or a PMO environment, with expertise in process documentation, knowledge management, and training enablement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in PS Operations, Enablement, or a PMO environment
- Experience leading onboarding, training sessions, and internal workshops
- Proven ability to identify process gaps using data, feedback, and lessons learned
