RingCentral is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join their Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in business operations, FP&A, or analytics, preferably in a Professional Services or SaaS environment. The role will involve leading the forecasting motion for PS bookings and revenue, owning the operational partnership with PS business leaders, and acting as a primary business partner with the FP&A team.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of work experience in a business operations, FP&A, or analytics, preferably within a Professional Services or SaaS environment
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights and 'tell the story' behind the data to senior and executive stakeholders
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) data/reporting
- Experience with Monday.com or similar ProServ tools is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to architect dashboards and data modeling in Tableau
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues in straightforward situations, generate solutions, and make sound decisions using financial and business acumen
- PS Metrics Knowledge: Deep understanding of services-specific metrics, including Utilization, LOE, resource allocation, sales/bookings, cycle time, etc.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
