Software Development Engineer 4

Join RingCX in shaping the future of customer engagement by contributing to the design and development of backend and frontend features. Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to understand requirements and develop high-quality code for digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Solid frontend development skills with experience in Rails ERB or ReactJS.
• Familiarity with backend systems leveraging MongoDB, Redis, and background jobs with Sidekiq.
• Exposure to automation and testing tools such as RSpec, Capybara, or Selenium.
• Experience with modern DevOps tools and practices: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable applications.
• Good understanding of micro services architecture paradigm, event driven system design, distributed systems, eventual consistency principles.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform, preferably with AWS.
