Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a dietary supervisory capacity in an acute or long-term care environment
- Supervisory experience is required
- Knowledgeable of dietary procedures as well as related laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to hospital and long-term care
- Valid and current license/certification as required by state law
- Completion of state-approved 'Serve Safe' program
- High school diploma or equivalent
