Job Description
We are hiring a Social Services Director to join our team. As the SSD, you will direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department and assist residents and their families in adjusting to placement and illness. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of related field work experience in social services
- Ability to develop and maintain a care plan with the facility's interdisciplinary team
- Ability to work with physically and mentally ill, disabled, and emotionally upset elderly individuals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet in handling sensitive information
