Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and finance team at RioCan, a leading Canadian REIT. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in diverse situations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated five years of progressive administrative experience
• Direct experience supporting a senior-level executive
• Proven success in a high-volume work environment
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Proactive, show initiative, and exercise good judgment
