Job Description
We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for all leases and lease-related information in the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- Completion of College Diploma or Certificate Program in Business Administration
- 3 years of experience with lease documentation or other related legal documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple deadlines
- Experience with Yardi is considered an asset
