Job Description
RIOS is an international design collective seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator. The role focuses on producing marketing materials, supporting business goals, and assisting with content creation. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and collaborative, contributing to RIOS's design of the built environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, Design or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing in the design field
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the AEC or professional services industries
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) skills
- Ability to interpret complex documents with demonstrated experience reviewing, organizing, translating, and editing written documents
- Excellent time management skills, coordination of competing priorities, and attention to detail
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Ability and willingness for occasional light travel
