Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in proposal development, with a strong focus on RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successful proposal development and RFP/RFQ responses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Privia, RFPIO, or similar tools)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
