Manager, VFX Art - Unpublished R&D Product

We seek a VFX Lead based in Singapore to elevate our visual effects and maintain alignment across Riot and partner studios. As a VFX Lead, you will lead the visual effects discipline, driving craft quality, partner alignment, and production excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience creating visual effects for games, film, or real-time content
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role providing feedback, mentorship, and direction to VFX artists
• Deep mastery of VFX fundamentals—timing, color, composition, motion, and readability
• Experience with game engines (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary) and VFX toolchains
• Proven experience collaborating with and managing partner studios or external VFX teams
• Strong communication skills—able to articulate feedback and creative intent clearly across cultures and disciplines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with art, tech, and production partners
