Barback

Riot Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback to join their team at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic bar and alcohol knowledge, and the ability to perform well under pressure. The role involves checking and maintaining the bar's cleanliness, stocking the bar, and assisting bartenders as needed.

Requirements

• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift.
• Stock bar before, during, and after shift.
• Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift.
• Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
• Adheres to all RHG brand policies and procedures.
• Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
