Barback

Riot Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback to join their team at El Hefe Scottsdale. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, basic bar and alcohol knowledge, and the ability to perform well under pressure. The Barback will be responsible for maintaining the bar's cleanliness and stock levels, assisting bartenders, and adhering to brand policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift.
• Stock bar before, during, and after shift.
• Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift.
• Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
• Adheres to all brand policies and procedures.
• Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
• Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.
