Job Description
E4A Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transformer Field Assembly Technician to join our field operations team. This role involves the assembly, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of medium and high voltage power transformers at customer sites.
Requirements
- Assemble and install power transformers (typically 480V to 500kV) and associated accessories
- Perform oil processing and vacuum filling using filtration and degassing equipment
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on On-Load Tap Changers (OLTCs)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals
- Support electrical testing and document all work performed
