Job Description
Join Riot as a Customer Success Manager to support clients in getting the most value out of their products, driving retention and expansion, and advising on best product usage. The role involves managing a portfolio of 120 Mid-Market customers and working closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of 120 Mid-Market customers
- Drive retention and expansion through anticipating risks and preventing churn
- Advising customers on best product usage and helping them unlock additional value
- Prepare and lead customer interactions, positioning yourself as a trusted cybersecurity partner
- Work closely with internal teams to support expansion motions and improve the customer experience
- Collect and share customer feedback and expansion signals, contributing to product evolution and process improvements
