Job Description
Riot is a product-first team on a mission to help grow the cybersecurity culture. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing and nurturing a portfolio of clients, providing the best customer experience to reduce churn while maximizing renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar function within the tech industry
- Full professional proficiency in English and native in French
- Advanced communication skills and ability to adapt to audience
- Successful track record of implementing and deploying solutions for large accounts
- Ability to take a step back, analyze client behaviors and anticipate needs
- High standards and enthusiasm for work
