Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, venture capital, private equity, or as a founder
• Experience in a highly cross-functional role and ability to describe and work within the organizational dynamics of a fast-growth company
• Analytical mindset and ability to operate at all altitudes
• Extreme degree of ownership and grit
• Ability to execute with conviction and good judgment with limited guidance
