Implementation Specialist, IT

Rippling is a company that provides one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. This role is an Implementation Specialist, IT position that requires managing IT set-ups at companies, implementing IT products, and selling IT solutions. The role requires strong understanding of IT products such as Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing an IT set-up at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage client relationships
• Self-starter with a bias towards action
• Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure and Okta
