Job Description

It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. As an Insurance Operations Senior Analyst, you will serve as the critical point of contact to ensure the integrity of the member data of U.S. health insurance clients.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years in operations, technical account management, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and standard practices to root-cause issues
- Advanced communication capabilities
- Mastery of Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira
