Rippling is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to oversee an Outbound team and drive pipeline creation and career development. The role requires 2+ years of experience in an SDR organization and 1+ year of experience in SDR leadership. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SDR tech stack, experience in enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution, and ability to manage at the ground level while defining and executing broader business initiatives.
