Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, HCM - Enterprise

Rippling is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to help internal and external stakeholders find value in Rippling's HCM Business Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pre-sales capacity with HR systems and be able to convey the business value of Rippling's HR product suite.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within the HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance space and/or equivalent systems experience as an HR practitioner
• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
