Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing and performing a wide range of maintenance and property upkeep tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and in excellent condition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Make-ready experience required
- Strong general maintenance knowledge, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
- Familiarity with building systems and safety procedures
