Maintenance Technician

Perform a wide range of maintenance and property upkeep tasks to ensure client properties remain in excellent condition. Regular interaction with staff and clients involved. Handle mechanical systems, complete repairs, and maintain overall property appearance and functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Make-ready experience required
• Strong general maintenance knowledge
• Familiarity with building systems and safety procedures
• Strong internal and external customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
