Maintenance Technician

Rise Association Management Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of 359 North Post Oak Lane Owners Association in Houston, TX. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and can work independently while helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community environment.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, porter, or property upkeep
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
