Requirements
- 1-3 years SDR, BDR, inside sales, or similar role with explicit performance expectations
- Demonstrated experience being measured against defined goals
- Experience researching companies, accounts, or markets to support outbound or targeted outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage leads, activities, and follow-up with discipline
- Demonstrated reliability in execution, preparation, and follow-through
- Experience with outbound sales activities through phone calls, emails, and other forms of online outreach
- Experience utilizing AI to help enhance your outreach and improve your research
