Requirements
- Provision and troubleshooting of all basic services across different regions
- Participate in the On Call, Night Shift, and weekend roster
- Understand all common network alerts and their impact
- Answer Support/NOC queries unaided
- Deploy new devices following the template config of other devices
- Assists in investigating and resolving network problems
- Carries out agreed operational procedures of a routine nature
- Handle client calls when needed or through our hotline using softphone applications to provide basic troubleshooting guidelines
