Data Entry Clerk, Youth Employment Programs (51705)

The Data Entry Clerk will assist with participant orientation, organize and calculate participant timesheets, and input the number of hours for each Summer Youth Employment Program participant into the DYCD timesheet system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College experience preferred
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus
