Job Description
The Job Developer will serve in this capacity for the Learn and Earn Program, leading work readiness training, coordinating participant and worksite orientation and placement, and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Requirements
- Three years of experience connecting youth to workplace experiences, employment engagement, and/or college counseling
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to organize and maintain detailed records, complete necessary paperwork, and meet prescribed deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
