Job Description
Project Facilitator for Youth Employment Programs, providing project-based learning workshops to participants of the Summer Youth Employment Program, and facilitating assigned project-based learning experiences.
Requirements
- Attend Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) and RiseBoro facilitated Project-Based curricula training sessions
- Facilitate project-based learning experiences to two cohorts of SYEP participants daily
- Compile and maintain project portfolios
- Supervise, interact and engage the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) participants at all times
- Track and record daily attendance
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings with Program Director, Project Director, and Educational Coordinator
- Coordinate and complete the presentation of a culminating program project
- Complete other related assignments and tasks as specified by the Project Developer
