Apprentice Electrician

Rising Edge Group is an electrical contracting company seeking an Apprentice Electrician to assist with the installation and maintenance of low- and high-voltage equipment within electrical substations.

Requirements

• Registered Electrical Apprentice (Construction or Industrial Electrician)
• Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) with BC Amendments, Technical Safety BC requirements, and WorkSafeBC occupational health and safety regulations as they relate to electrical and utility work
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office and computer-based test equipment
• Ability to work comfortably at heights
• Ability and willingness to work out of town
• Able to travel including travelling to remote sites.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
