Director Preconstruction

Rising Edge Group is an electrical contracting company seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead estimating and preconstruction activities across the United States. The role requires 15 years of experience in preconstruction, construction, and/or project management and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent training.

Requirements

• Lead and manage Estimating and preconstruction department
• Oversee and manage the preconstruction phase of projects from initiation to construction kickoff
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and budget
• Manage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on preconstruction progress
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
