Job Description
Rising Edge Group is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician to perform maintenance, upgrading, and installation of equipment in 13.8kV to 500 kV substations. The role requires a senior level of expertise and leadership skills, including performance evaluation, coaching, and training of Electrician Apprentices.
Requirements
- Valid and recognized Power Systems Electrician Journeyperson or Journeyperson Electrician Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a PSE/Electrician with at least 2 years of experience working in substations
- Thorough knowledge of the Alberta Electrical Utility Code (A.E.U.C Safety Codes Act) and Occupational Health and Safety rules as they relate to the PSE/Electrician role
