Job Description
Rising Edge Group is an electrical contracting company that specializes in high-voltage electrical solutions. The Senior Commissioning Technologist will be responsible for commissioning, testing, and maintaining primary and secondary power equipment in the field, as well as mentoring and educating junior technologists.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Field Testing and Commissioning
- Hands-on experience in substations (600V to 500kV) required
- Familiar with power transformers, high voltage switches, breakers, CT's and PT's, NGR, and Capbank
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
