Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth as a Behavioral Technician at Rite of Passage Team in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Provide safety, supervision, and support to young women in a residential group home setting.
Requirements
- Be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, and treat others with respect
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a bachelor’s degree or 12 Semester Units of Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, or Psychology
- Have one year of previous experience employed as a full-time staff at a group home, short-term residential therapeutic program, or substance abuse treatment program
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
