Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! We are hiring a Facility Administrator at our Pearl Haven site in North Shore, Oahu-a Residential Treatment for teenage human trafficking victims.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex clinical/operational environments
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, adolescent development, and behavioral health treatment models
- Proven ability to interpret and apply licensing standards, contract requirements, and regulatory expectations
