Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Shift Supervisor at Alachua Academy in Gainesville, Florida. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services, or any equivalent combination of years' experience, education, and/or training
- Three years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.)
- One year of supervisory experience
- Meet all individual state-specific licensing requirements in addition to ROP requirements regarding education and experience
