As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth at a HIGH-RISK residential treatment DJJ program for male youths between the ages of 13-19. You will monitor and document behaviors, assist and mentor the youth, and join them during Sports and Recreation time. Four weeks of paid training is provided to all new staff.
