Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth at a HIGH-RISK residential treatment DJJ program for male youths between the ages of 13-19. You will monitor and document behaviors, assist and mentor the youth, and join them during Sports and Recreation time. Four weeks of paid training is provided to all new staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education
- One-year experience working with youth in organized group activities
- Valid Driver’s License
