Job Description
Customer Quality Engineer – QC serves as the primary quality interface for customers on production-related quality matters, focusing on issue resolution, audit support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality, or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of manufacturing quality experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, PPAP)
- Experience working directly with global customers
- Background in machining, metalworking, or assembly preferred
- CQE or Six Sigma certification preferred
