Customer Service Representative position in the Insurance Industry, responsible for inbound and outbound calls, marketing duties, and overall support for the marketing department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship
• Basic understanding of Medicare
• Basic understanding of marketing and new business operations
• Call Center experienced preferred
• Basic Insurance Knowledge preferred (Medicare)
• Good computer and typing skills
