Customer Service Representative (Insurance Industry) Harrisburg, PA

Customer Service Representative responsible for inbound and outbound calls, marketing duties, and overall support and assistance with marketing duties for the marketing department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship
• Basic understanding of Medicare
• Basic understanding of marketing and new business operations
• Call Center experienced preferred
• Basic Insurance Knowledge preferred (Medicare)
• Good computer and typing skills
• Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment
