Job Description

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience from a similar role within retail or customer service
- Good coaching and team development skills
- Ability to be solution-oriented and take responsibility
- Collaborative, listening, and communicative
- Good system and data knowledge
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
