Job Description
As Rituals' new assistant shop manager, you strive to make your store a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and your customers love to shop. This includes, among other things, that you: Drive the store's results by ensuring excellent customer service and productive collaboration, as well as effective routines. Act as the shop manager's right-hand person and be ready to take over the shop manager's responsibilities as needed. Support your colleagues to reach their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a good role model. Together with your shop manager, build a culture of trust, based on positive and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience from a similar role within retail or customer service.
- Good coaching and team development skills.
- Ability to be solution-oriented and take responsibility.
- Collaborative, listening, and communicative.
- Good system and data knowledge.
- Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.
