Job Description
Your primary mission as Assistant Shop Manager of our Vasco da Gama store will be to develop your team, drive it to ensure that each customer has an unforgettable experience, always aligned with the Rituals DNA and standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience as Assistant Shop Manager in retail, preferably in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
- Proven skills in people management (communication, coaching, empathy, inspiration)
- Ability to make decisions and provide creative and positive responses to challenges
- English knowledge
- Availability to work on shifts
